The Cribs and Rat Boy set for Top Ten albums
They’re both riding high in the mid-weeks.
The Cribs and Rat Boy could both be set for Top Ten albums in this week’s chart, according to the Official Charts Company.
The Jarmans’ ’24-7 Rock Star Shit’ is at Number 6 in the midweeks, with Rat Boy’s debut ‘Scum’ sitting at Number 9.
Elvis Presley is set to topple Arcade Fire’s ‘Everything Now’, with ‘The 50 Greatest Hits’, and Kesha’s ‘Rainbow’ is at 4.
In the Singles Chart, it’s a battle between Dua Lipa and Pink, with ‘New Rules’ and ‘What About Us’ respectively. Here’s a fact: if either make it, it’ll be the first chart-topping single from a female solo artist in the UK for almost TWO YEARS. The last was, of course, Adele, with ‘Hello’ in 2015.
