The Cribs share video for ‘Different Angle’
New clip captures footage of the trio’s recent tour in North America.

The Cribs have shared a new video for their latest single ‘Different Angle’, taken from their recent album ‘For All My Sisters’.
Directed by Andy Sonnefeld of Julian Casablancas + the Voidz, the video is a montage of footage from the Cribs’ recent tour in North America, all shot on a vintage VHS camera.
Talking to The Guardian about the clip, Ryan Jarman said, “It was one of those that came out spontaneously, yet seems like a classic Cribs-y sounding riff. “he song went through a couple of different incarnations before this one with different verses. Lyrically, it seems to be about the first night I spent hanging out with my girlfriend, and how we both felt like black sheep, for different reasons.”

The Cribs will play Sound City (22nd-24th May), where DIY is an official media partner. Tickets are on sale now. Visit diymag.com/presents for more information.
