The Cure Get Set For Primavera
The Cure have added another three festivals to their run, including Primavera.
Last week, The Cure made two announcements regarding European festivals. The first revealed an initial three performances, whilst the second totalled up seven scheduled performances for this coming summer.
It has now also been revealed that the band, who appeared as last’s year Bestival headliners will now be playing ten festival altogether, with new additions including Spain’s Primavera Sound festival and Bilbao BBK Live festival, as well as Portugal’s Optimus Alive festival.
The Cure will join the likes of Radiohead, who are already geared up to play in Bilbao and Portugal, whilst Primavera’s stage will be shared with Franz Ferdinand,The xx and Bjork.
The band’s current European touring schedule looks something like this:
