The Horrors announce surprise set at Brighton’s The Great Escape festival

The Horrors have announced a surprise set at this year’s The Great Escape festival. The band have today revealed that they will play a special show at The Deep End Stage on Brighton Beach this Thursday (15th May). The festival, which showcases the very best emerging talent, will be taking place this week between Wednesday 14th and Saturday 17th May across multiple locations around the city.

The show, which is presented by Ticketmaster New Music, will give fans a chance to hear the band’s sixth studio album ‘Night Life’ in an intimate setting ahead of their headline tour later this year.

Before the band grace the stage, there’ll also be an array of performances from emerging artists including the likes of Florence Road, Laurie Wright, Nxdia, Sunday (1994), Brògeal and rising pop-star Chloe Slater.

The Horrors will soon be celebrating their 20th anniversary, now with six era defining albums under their belt. Their most recent offering, the cinematic ‘Night Life’, was released this March via Fiction records.
