Another secret set has been confirmed for this year’s Glastonbury festival. This time, it’s The Kooks.
Another secret set has been confirmed for this year’s Glastonbury festival. This time, it’s The Kooks.
The band will perform on the John Peel Stage on Sunday (29th June) at 2:45pm between current DIY Weekly cover star George Ezra and the recently returned Dry The River.
Already Kaiser Chiefs performed an unfilled set to open the festival on The Other Stage, while Metronomy made an unheralded appearance on The West Holt stage last night.
Rumours of appearances for Prince, La Roux, and even David Bowie have circulated - the first of those names having pulled out of talks to headline the festival after becoming frustrated with “social media chit chat”.
