The Long Road confirms James Bay as final 2025 headliner
The country music weekender will return to Leicestershire’s Stanford Hall this August bank holiday.

James Bay has been unveiled as the Sunday night headliner of The Long Road 2025, joining Drake Milligan and Midland at the top of the bill for this year’s country and Americana extravaganza.
The multiple BRIT Award winner and Grammy nominee is set to close out the August weekender in style, treating crowds to cuts from his latest LP ‘Changes All The Time’ (which features writing and performance collabs with Noah Kahan, The Lumineers, Holly Humberstone and Brandon Flowers, no less), as well as fan favourites from across his discography.
“Country and Americana have always been huge inspirations for me,” Bay has said, speaking about his upcoming appearance at The Long Road. “So much of my music has roots in Nashville - I’ve been lucky to play some of the city’s iconic venues like The Bluebird and The Ryman and I’ve always been drawn to the incredible storytelling in these genres.”
Alongside Bay, 2025’s lineup also features the likes of Seasick Steve, Alana Springsteen, Janet Devlin, and Chuck Ragan (who’ll be delivering a European exclusive performance), while audiences will also have the opportunity get involved with Nashville-style songwriter rounds, artist meet and greets, and afterparties.
The Long Road Festival 2025 will take place from Friday 22nd August to Sunday 24th August at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire. Tickets - including weekend, camping, day, and kids options - are on sale now via the festival’s website, and you can check out the official lineup poster in all its rootin’-tootin’ glory below.
Featuring Yard Act, Death Cab For Cutie, Graham Coxon, Maisie Peters and more.
