The National To Appear On ‘Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ Soundtrack
Soundtrack also features Coldplay and - rumour has it - Ellie Goulding.
Following Coldplay’s ‘Atlas’ track, The National have been confirmed to appear on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which comes up in UK cinemas on 22nd November.
Matt Berninger and co are contributing a track called ‘Lean’. It was initially titled ‘Dying is Easy’ but producers rendered the title a little too dark.
‘The song almost didn’t make it because it was too dark,’ Berninger told NME.
