The Unicorns share unreleased track, ‘Let Me Sleep’
The song features on the re-release of 2003 album, ‘Who Will Cut Our Hair When We’re Gone?’
Reunited cult Montreal indie types (how many adjectives can they warrant?) The Unicorns are currently out on tour supporting neighbours Arcade Fire, with the bands - also joined by Dan Deacon and post-punk legends Television - performing at some massive New York gigs over the weekend.
They’re re-issuing 2003 album, ‘Who Will Cut Our Hair When We’re Gone?’ later this month (on CD - vinyl fans need to wait until October) and along with the record’s original thirteen tracks, there will be four bonus numbers.
To coincide with these big gigs, or just because they feel like it, The Unicorns are sharing one of those new/old numbers, ‘Let Me Sleep’. Listen below.
The Unicorns also play Pop Montreal this September, with other artists appearing including Against Me!, Twin Shadow, Why? and Bonobo.
Featuring Yard Act, Death Cab For Cutie, Graham Coxon, Maisie Peters and more.
