The xx unveil new track ‘I Dare You’ on Saturday Night Live
Another hint at LP3 and yet more telly-box swaying from the groovy trio.
With third album ‘I See You’ approaching fast, The xx let loose another track on Saturday night.
Performing live on (appropriately) Saturday Night Live, Romy, Oliver and Jamie unveiled ‘I Dare You’ alongside their performance of lead single ‘On Hold’. Another dance-laced cut, it’s yet more proof that LP3 looks set to see The xx at their most cohesive. Kind of like when all the Transformers link up and become one massive Transformer. But with worse dancing.
The xx’s new album ‘I See You’ is out 13th January via Young Turks. It’s being led by the aforementioned ‘On Hold’, and celebrated with a whole bunch of world tour dates, which can be found below the player.
