Titus Andronicus announce new album ‘A Productive Cough’
They’ve also shared new track ‘Number One (In New York)’.
Back in 2016, Titus Andronicus released their live album ‘S+@DIUM ROCK – Five Nights At The Opera’, a concert film and album that documented their time playing five nights (!) at Brooklyn’s Shea Stadium.
A couple of years down the line, they’re gearing up to release their next new studio album. ‘A Productive Cough’ follows up from 2015’s ‘The Most Lamentable Tragedy’ and it’ll be out on 2nd March via Merge. As reported by Pitchfork, Patrick Stickles said: “Titus Andronicus records have always had their fair share of ballads, but they were always buried. Now, they are the cornerstones”.
To preview the seven-track collection, the band have shared new track and LP opener ‘Number One (In New York)’.
