Tom DeLonge Claims Next Angels & Airwaves Album Is Their ‘Best Yet’

Angels & Airwaves frontman Tom DeLonge has announced that the next Angels & Airwaves record will be their ‘best yet.’

The album, titled ‘Love 2’, is the second part in their ‘Love’ series - the first of which was released as a free download on Valentine’s Day 2010.

It will also be accompanied by the long-awaited ‘Love’ film, which has been in the works for years.

Confirming the release date on Facebook, DeLonge posted: ‘11/11/11 will be the best Angels album release yet….. 20 songs, film in 5.1 thx. I feel like a 16 year old having missionary position for the first time. LOVE part 2 is our best album yet-‘

The release is likely to be released fairly close to Tom’s other project, the new Blink 182 album, which bandmate Mark Hoppus recently revealed they will deliver to their record label on 31st July.
