Tune-Yards score new film ‘Sorry To Bother You’

It’s a sci-fi comedy starring Patton Oswalt and Terry Crews.

Tune-Yards are currently gearing up to release their new album ‘I can feel you creep into my private life’ on 19th January via 4AD, but seems they’ve had another project up their sleeves too!

They’ve also been working on the score for a new sci-fi comedy starring Patton Oswalt and Terry Crews, ‘Sorry To Bother You’. As reported by Pitchfork, it’s the directorial debut of rapper Boots Riley and is about a telemarketer who discovers a magical key to success, eventually leading them to uncover a dark corporate secret.

In an Instagram post, Merrill Garbus said: “Nate and I scored and movie and it just got into Sundance. Congrats to all the cast and crew of Sorry To Bother You! We have been watching your work on repeat and we still love every second”.

Recently, Tune-Yards announced a European tour in support of their new album, which includes a run in the UK. Tickets are on sale now.
