Bambara share ‘Sing Me to the Street’, announce 2020 tour
It’s the second cut from their upcoming new album ‘Stray’.
Brooklyn-based babes Bambara (try saying that three times) are back with yet another melancholic gem.
The second track to be lifted from their forthcoming new album ‘Stray’, due out on Wharf Cat Records on 14th February, newbie ‘Sing Me to the Street’ is a sizzling dark number.
‘“Sing me to the Street’ is about loneliness, isolation, and the dreamy allure of chaos,” they explain. “The song follows an unnamed character wandering the streets of a vast city that feels both alive and abandoned, as he attempts to silence the persistent song of oblivion singing in his head.”
