Get a taste of ‘Kintsugi’ - the band showcased forthcoming single ‘Black Sun’.
At a gig earlier this week, taking place at Seattle’s Crocodile, Death Cab For Cutie debuted new material from their forthcoming ‘Kintsugi’ album.
New single ‘Black Sun’ gained an airing (fans have been piecing together lyrics to the track via Instagram) - they also gave outings to ‘The Ghosts of Beverly Drive’ and ‘No Room in Frame’.
The show also marked the band’s first without founding member Chris Walla. You can watch footage of all three new songs below.
Catch up with DIY’s ‘Get Excited About’ feature on Death Cab for Cutie, where Tom Connick claims that ‘Kintsugi’ could be their boldest step to date.
