The ‘Indigo Child’ performed at The Studio, Webster Hall before taking fans out for ice cream.
Last night saw ultra-hyped newcomer Raury perform his first ever New York headline show at The Studio, Webster Hall.
Playing as part of a Pigeons and Planes night, the 18 year old ‘Indigo Child’ showcased songs from his debut mixtape, arriving ahead of an eventual full-length on Columbia, who he’s just signed a deal with.
Footage has emerged of the chaotic, brilliantly enlivened performance, where he plays ‘God’s Whisper’ to industry and a flock of fans (branched under the name “indigos”).
Raury is set to play his debut London show at The Red Gallery, 7th October.
Watch footage of ‘God’s Whisper’ live, below. Shortly after playing, he took his fans out for ice cream.
Raury’s ‘Indigo Child’ is out now - he also guests on ‘Higher’, a track from the new SBTRKT album.
