Watch Mumford & Sons, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Ghostpoet play Jools Holland
Second episode in a new series also hosted Mirel Wagner and Cheikh Lô.
Mumford & Sons were the special guests on last night’s episode of Later… With Jools Holland, the second in a new series.
The May 2015 DIY cover stars were showcasing their third album ‘Wilder Mind’, which ditches the banjos and opts for electrified tracks like ‘The Wolf’, which they played on the show.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds also appeared on the show. He played ‘You Know We Can’t Go Back’ from the Oasis man’s latest solo album.
Ghostpoet played ‘X Marks the Spot’, and the show also hosted Mirel Wagner and Cheikh Lô. Kendrick Lamar was initially scheduled to appear, before pulling out of the episode.
Next week’s edition of Jools hosts Florence + The Machine, the Charlatans and Andreya Triana.
