Watch Parquet Courts bring ‘Bodies Made Of’ to Letterman
Last night’s edition saw the Brooklyn group performing a take from ‘Sunbathing Animal’.
Last night, Parquet Courts - as in the original line-up, not the Parkay Quarts form - arrived at The Late Show with David Letterman to perform ‘Bodies Made Of’, a track from their 2014 LP ‘Sunbathing Animal’.
With Austin Brown fronting the track, the Brooklyn four-piece were as tight as ever, bringing deadpan talk of “slugs and guts” to Letterman’s plush NYC studio.
Last year saw Parkay Quarts (Parquet Courts’ alternate form) releasing a debut release in ‘Content Nausea’, before touring the UK with PC Worship, sometimes morphing into a new band altogether - PC PC.
