Watch Run The Jewels perform a set in a former railway station
La Blogothéque captures the duo in Paris for a special performance.
During their recent European tour, Run The Jewels performed a set in a Parisian venue which has been transformed from a former railway station. The show has been documented on film by La Blogothéque, with El-P and Killer Mike performing tracks from their two albums during the near 40-minute set.
As part of the ‘Pocket Party’ series, the duo step on to La Recyclerie’s stage backed by Queen’s ‘We Are The Champions’, before performing their self-titled track, as well as ‘Oh My Darling Don’t Cry’ and ‘Blockbuster Night Pt. 1’ amongst others.
Run The Jewels are set to release their cat-sounds remix of ‘RTJ2’ soon, with El-P previewing the opening track ‘Jeopardy’ on his instagram last weekend. Listen to the previews here.
