Watch Ryn Weaver make brilliant television debut on Letterman
‘OctaHate’ gets a rendition on the Late Show.
Last night, Ryn Weaver made a stunning television debut on The Late Show With David Letterman.
Performing ‘OctaHate’ from her debut EP ‘Promises’, it marks one hell of a star turn from the LA newcomer who rose to prominence with the track midway through 2014. Since then, she’s been working with the likes of Charli XCX, big plans on the horizon.
Weaver is yet to announce any UK shows - she made her live debut at New York’s CMJ Festival last year.
Catch up with DIY’s Class of 2015 interview with Ryn Weaver here. “I don’t care about looking moody and wearing all black and sitting in the corner and having cool lights,” she said back in December. “I don’t really care about trends. I’m just happy being the person I am. The coolest thing that person can do, is not give a fuck.”
