On the telly
Watch St Vincent play ‘Slow Disco’ on Fallon
It was a heart-stopping performance of the ‘MASSEDUCTION’ track.

A couple of months on from releasing her ace new album ‘MASSEDUCTION’, St Vincent has been continuing to promote the record through tours and telly appearances.
Recently, she headed to Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show to play a version of ‘Slow Disco’, and if you’re doing anything then you might want to just put it to one side for a couple of minutes to bask in its majesty. And then spend another couple of minutes digesting it.
In the performance, Annie Clark stands pretty much motionless at the front of a constructed church as her string orchestra play facing her in the pews. She doesn’t really need to move though, as the emotion is etched on to her face, and emanates straight from the performance itself.
Back in October, we chatted to St Vincent all about ‘MASSEDUCTION’. Catch up here.
