Watch: Tashaki Miyaki Unveil ‘Coolrunnings’ Video

LA trio Tashaki Miyaki’s swooning love song ‘Coolrunnings’ is capable of being pitted in any kind of setting, but this is one of the more unlikely choices: In a video directed by Juan Inglesias, romance and adventure strikes a traditional farm setting, where three girls seek escape from routine life by stealing a car.

The track forms part of a single that’s out now on Blonde Dog Records, linking up with a Chris Bell cover, ‘There was a Light’.
