‘‘Keep You’ is as good an opening mission statement as you’re ever likely to encounter. Natalie Bergman’s vocals are commanding, even above a bold horn section. In amongst the stirring, reggae-indebted rhythm section are light, proudly-applied synth patterns. It’s produced to perfection, so you get the sense that they’ve either already put touches to an album, or the duo have a wealth of talents that they’ve yet to expose. Regardless, it’s here, it’s tantalisingly good and it leaves us begging for more.’
