Weezer share ‘Fake Smiles And Nervous Laughter’ from their split with Wavves

It’s also set to feature on a new special edition of Weezer’s self-titled ‘White Album’.

Weezer have unveiled a new track from the vaults, ‘Fake Smiles And Nervous Laughter’.

Receiving its first spin on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show last night, the track’s set to appear on Rivers and co.’s incoming split 7” with Wavves. The first side of that is a Wavves cover of Weezer’s ‘you Gave Your Love To Me Softly’, which was shared the other week.

That’s not all, mind - ‘Fake Smiles And Nervous Laughter’ is also poised for an appearance on a new, special edition of Weezer’s self-titled “white” album, which was originally released earlier this year. That fancy-pants version of the album will also feature their collaboration with Pussy Riot, ‘I Love The USA’ (released earlier in the year), and the currently-unheard ‘Friend Of A Friend’. That’s out tomorrow (!) via Crush Music/Atlantic.
