Wild Beasts have shared a new track, titled ‘Woebegone Wanderers II’.
The previously-unreleased track was premiered last night on Jon Hopkins’ Radio 1 Residency show, with lead singer Hayden Thorpe co-presenting the show as a special guest. The track was recorded during the sessions for Wild Beasts 2014 album ‘Present Tense’, and serves as a continuation of ‘Woebegone Wanderers’ from their debut album ‘Limbo, Panto’.
During the show, the duo played Jon Hopkins’ remix of Wild Beasts’ ’Two Dancers’, a new track by BRAIDS titled ‘Sore Eyes’ and Thorpe and Hopkins’ cover of Lazarus’ ‘Goodbye Horses’.
