Years & Years unveil new B-side track, ‘Memo’
Gorgeous number accompanies new single ‘Desire’.

London trio Years & Years have unveiled their most heartfelt, striking song to date in the form of ‘Memo’.
Arriving as a b-side for a more club-ready lead, new single ‘Desire’, the track’s a sparse, piano-led piece of minimalism, giving way to Olly Alexander’s upfront vocals. “Let me take your heart, love you in the dark / No-one has to see,” he sings, in one of several Y&Y numbers to be based around the subject of unrequited love.
Gaining its first play earlier this evening (12th November) on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show, ‘Memo’ is streaming below.
