Australian songwriter’s also confirmed that she’s finished her new album.
Courtney Barnett recently went into The A.V. Club studios to perform a slick, super-bassline friendly rendition of one of her favourite songs by The Breeders.
Taking on ‘Cannonball’, Banrett confirmed that she’s finished her new album and that it’s been completed.
Speaking during the A.V. Undercover series, Courtney explained the song’s influence on her new material: “I chose it ‘cause I love that album, and when we went to make our album recently, I put that song on for the first day of recording - just to psych me up.”
