Debut appearance
Bastille debut new track ‘Grip’ during current festival run
The band have also added two songs named ‘Snakes’ and ‘Hangin’ to their recent set.
It’s no secret that Bastille never seem to stop; their current festival run goes to prove just that. Now, though - fresh from working on their second album - it seems that the band are changing things up a bit, and have added an array of new material into the latest live sets.
Having already admitted to spending some time in the studio working on the follow-up to 2013’s ‘Bad Blood’, their latest live performances are now boasting some fruits of their labour, in the form of ‘Grip’, ‘Snakes’ and ‘Hangin’. That’s not all that’s new either: the London-based group have added a fifth player to their live band, Charlie Barnes.
The three tracks were first debuted during their set at Switzerland’s Caribana Festival before the band showcased them at Germany’s Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring earlier this month.
Check out fan-filmed footage of each of the tracks below, and find their remaining list of festival appearances beneath the players.
