Tame Impala announce two huge UK shows for 2016
Aussies to play London and Manchester in February.
Fresh from a headline set at End of the Road this past weekend, Tame Impala have announced their biggest UK shows to date, set for February.
Kevin Parker and co. will take on London’s massive Alexandra Palace and Manchester’s Arena in support of this year’s ‘Currents’ album.
The two-date run will start in Manchester on 11th February before heading to London the next day. These shows follow a series of dates worldwide, including a homecoming tour in Australia across November.
The band also play two warm-up shows this week ahead of their summer-ending Bestival performance at the weekend. They’re at Glasgow’s Barrowlands tonight (8th) and Liverpool’s Olympia tomorrow.
Pre-sale tickets for the new February dates go on sale tomorrow (9th September).
