Digital Waitress
St Vincent works as a waitress at her sister’s Mexican restaurant
The musician turned digital waitress for the weekend at Dallas diner Resident Taqueria.

Imagine heading out for a casual bit of grub, marveling at the tacos being placed before you, and then realising that your waitress is none other than St Vincent. It happened to diner-goers in Dallas, Texas, who had popped down to new Mexican joint Resident Taqueria for an unsuspecting bite to eat.
Owned by St Vincent’s sister, the restaurant opened over the weekend, and Annie Clark donned uniform to help out. Diners took to twitter, and generously referred to her as a “waitress extraordinaire.” They als commended the digital waitress for diligently refilling napkin dispensers. Clark, on the other hand, summed up the whole experience with a to the point “you learn new things every day. I learned that I am a terrible waitress”
