Comin’ right achoo with the new Charli XCX song. It lasts 1 minute, 11 seconds; it’s steeped in punk references; it’s absolutely brilliantly bonkers.

Released out of the blue, probably as a way to prove she’s on the way to releasing a very different sounding new album, ‘Addicted To Love’ features the chorus ‘HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA ACHOO’ and a BPM that’d send Skrillex dizzy.

Remember: Charli said ‘this is the best music I’ve ever made’ recently. She also referenced music that’s ‘more live… much more raw - there are some really punk elements to it.’

‘I like things that just… fall out, and it’s like ‘BOOM!’, they’re there. You know?’

This is indeed very ‘BOOM!’.
