Listen: A House In The Trees share the creepy, brilliant ‘Tuesday Afternoon’

It’s the second taster of the London collective’s new ‘What Am I Supposed To Do?’ EP.
London collective A House In The Trees - masterminded by multi-instrumentalist Sam Hatchwell - revealed new single ‘Summertime’ late last month, an excellent first taste of upcoming EP ‘What Am I Supposed To Do?’, released next month via Handsome Dad.
A silky merging of a trio of voices and hazy instrumentation, it pointed an exciting way forward. Its follow-up, the appropriately-titled ‘Tuesday Afternoon’, is maybe even more impressive.
‘Tuesday Afternoon’ sees Hatchwell’s distinctive, evocative vocals floating in and out alongside two other voices, and together they make a brilliant, creeping chorus.
The collective - based in the Rising Sun, a creative recording space and former pub in New Cross - are set to play a headline show at Bermondsey Social Club on 21st September.
