Algiers have added new dates to their UK tour
They’ve pencilled in shows in Birmingham, Newcastle, Bristol, and a second in London.
Recently, on the back of the release of their politically-charged new album ‘The Underside of Power’, Algiers announced a pretty huge European tour that contained more than a few dates in the UK.
As well as travelling across the continent, they’re set to make stops at Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Brighton towards the end of the tour. Now though, the band have added a clutch of new dates in Britain. They’ll be heading to Birmingham, Newcastle and Bristol, and they’ve also added a second date in London. Tickets are on sale now.
We caught up with Algiers recently to talk to Lee Tesche about his musical obsessions, from The Beach Boys to Stevie Wonder. Catch up here.
