Brandon Flowers shares new single ‘Paradise’ from upcoming album ‘THRASHER’

The Killers’ frontman Brandon Flowers returns with the second single, ‘Paradise’, from his upcoming solo album, ‘THRASHER’.

A zippy and upbeat country track, ‘Paradise’ unpacks Flowers’ roots in the Las Vegas casino ecosystem while excavating themes of ageing and family ties. 

His first album since 2015’s The Desired Effect, ‘THRASHER’ is set for release on 21st August via Island Records and features Flowers taking a fresh and rootsy, country-inflected approach.

Recorded in Nashville with established producers Shawn Everett and Jonathan Rado, ‘THRASHER’ mines from the well of Nashville’s most renowned players, featuring guitarist David Rawlings, pedal steel stalwart Bruce Bouton, and celebrated Bob Dylan collaborator Charlie McCoy on harmonica.

Alongside the release of ‘Paradise’ comes a special live performance video filmed at Nashville’s Historic RCA Studio A, where Flowers recorded the album.
