Algiers share new single, ‘Black Eunuch

Algiers have shared a new single taken from their upcoming self-titled debut album.

New track ‘Black Eunuch’ follows lead single ‘Irony, Utility, Pretext’, with ‘Algiers’ due out 1st June via Matador Records.

‘Black Eunuch’ represents the group’s overt stab at politics and identity, with both a post-punk and gospel influence inspiring a lively and potent expression of views in the insightful lyrics.

Algiers play London’s Power Lunches on 22nd April, before supporting Interpol on their US tour. Listen to ‘Black Eunuch’ and read the tracklist for ‘Algiers’ below:
