Arca brings explosive fireworks to ‘Now You Know’ video

London-based producer Arca is airing a video for ‘Now You Know’, the latest take to be lifted from forthcoming debut album ‘Xen’.

Remember the good old days of iTunes visualizers, the novelty of seeing flashes images respond in time to the beat and burst of a song? Arca’s new clip is a lot like that, with fireworks soaring into the sky with every jolt of bass or sudden shift. Even the odd bit of pan pipe gets an outing.

It’s a subdued affair compared to the near-iconic twerk-a-thon that was his ‘Thievery’ video, which saw an alien arriving on the scene with moves as good as Minaj’s.

‘Xen’ is out 3rd November on Mute.
