Banoffee airs new video for ‘Got It’ track
Australian talent’s new clip celebrates the people who “get it”.
Aussie newcomer Banoffee “gets it”, and she’s not afraid to state that fact in her ultra-assured new single ‘Got It’. It’s direct, ruthlessly to-the-point, and by the time it reaches its glass-like chorus it’s given one hell of a convincing argument.
In a video for the track - directed by Alice Glenn - she wears sunnies which house projections of individuals who also “get it”, who are on the right path and know exactly where they’re headed. There’s ice skaters, ballerinas, motorcyclists, and - by the end - Banoffee herself, sporting some interpretative dancing.
‘Got It’ features on a new Banoffee EP, out 22nd August on Two Bright Lakes / Remote Control Records.
Banoffee features in DIY’s ‘Australia: What’s in the Water?’ feature.
