Beach House Unveil ‘Saturn Song’, Made Out Of Space Samples
Listen to a floating entry for Lefse Records’ ‘Space Project’ compilation.
Using samples put together during Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 space probes, Beach House are the latest in a line of artists to defy gravity for a Lefse Records compilation, ‘Space Project’.
Beforehand, Youth Lagoon offered an entry with Spiritualized providing a brilliant addition. Beach House’s entry - ‘Saturn Song’ - is as serene as it gets, Victoria Legrand giving her best audition for ‘Gravity’ without the 2 hour dialogue.
We’re yet to hear an entry by The Antlers. The compilation is out on Record Store Day, 19th April.
