Beady Eye Sell Beatles Cover To Raise Money For Japan Disaster
They’ve created their own version of ‘Across The Universe’.

Beady Eye have released a cover of The Beatles’ ‘Across The Universe’ - which they performed during Sunday’s Japan Disaster Benefit at the Brixton Academy - to help raise money for the same cause.
The day before the charity event, the band spent eight hours at RAK studios where they recorded and mixed the track.
It is available to download for a limited time here.
Of the 99p price, 62p will go directly to the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal. The rest covers VAT, credit card fees and MCPS.
The band’s label, Beady Eye Records, also have three posters commemorating the event (signed by the band) that will be given to three fans chosen at random who download the track.
The one-off gig also featured the likes of The Coral, Graham Coxon, Paul Weller, Kelly Jones, Primal Scream and Richard Ashcroft.
