Beck Designs $595 Sunglasses

It’s sunny out, right? We know, we’re as shocked as you. It’s almost like there’s a divine force at work, tempting the bright lights out before we expected spring to have sprung. No, not that one. Beck. Obviously.

While we may be waiting for a new album, Mr Hansen has teamed up with Oliver Peoples to design a new pair of sunglasses. Titled Double Helix, the specs are said to be ‘inspired by his personal collection of deadstock ’80s sunglasses’ and Beck was ‘very involved in the 2-year development of the frame.’

At $595 a pop, they’re not cheap. Maybe if we buy enough he’ll write some more songs for Sex Bob-omb. Now there’s a thought.
