Ben Khan has shared a new track titled ‘Blade (Tidal Wave Of Love)’.
Coming straight from the studio as a demo, the track was premiered by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1 this evening (4th August) as his Hottest Record. The new cut follows Khan’s recently released EP ‘1000’.
Filled with jarring synths and bleeps, Khan’s voice is shrouded by the dynamic atmosphere before the synths become more forceful and melodic. Murky and indecipherable, ‘Blade (Tidal Wave Of Love)’ provides an experimental taste of Khan’s basement blues compared to the go-for-broke pop sound of previous tracks ‘1000’ and ‘Youth’.
