Confirmed
Blaenavon announce debut album ‘That’s Your Lot’
The Class of 2017 band took to BBC Radio 1 to confirm their first full-length.

Blaenavon have confirmed their debut album ‘That’s Your Lot’ - it’s out on 7th April via Transgressive.
Ahead of sharing their big news, the band gave an all-important update regarding what to expect next on Twitter. “An album is like a pie,” they begun. “The crust can be decorated so beautifully… but it’s what’s inside that counts. If I were an album (and therefore a pie) What type of pie would I be?” they asked, getting a bit philosophical.
This morning, Blaenavon confirmed it: their debut is a cherry pie. Right. Make of that what you will.
In a slightly less confusing press release-based update, the band’s Ben Gregory added: “‘That’s Your Lot’ is 5 years of our lives condensed into 59 minutes of yours. Youth, capriciousness, duality, duplicity, love, bitterness, fate. Songs from the human core: some malleable, long considered - others pure, direct, cruelly honest. An album to bathe in and appreciate the inevitable end.” Cheery stuff, then!
