Blaenavon share the brooding ‘My Bark Is Your Bite’

London trio Blaenavon have shared another slice of their incoming debut album, as well as announcing their first trip to the USA.

Sat stop a shivering drum beat, ‘My Bark Is Your Bite’ finds Blaenavon embracing a more pensive state. “I lie because my mind says it’s the best thing to do,” frontman Ben Gregory mutters, the line framing a typically self-deprecating cut of their darkened indie-rock. It links up with ‘I Will Be The World’ and the guttural ‘Let’s Pray’’s embrace of the end in previewing that first full-length, due at the start of next year.

Blaenavon’s US stint begins next month with a pair of shows in New York City - those are below, with more dates to follow. They also play a massive Rockfeedback x DIY Presents headline show at London Scala on 14th October. Get tickets here.
