Blonde Redhead giveaway new track, ‘The One I Know’
Track is taken from their new ‘Barragán’ record.
Blonde Redhead are streaming ‘The One I Know’, a delicate new track from their forthcoming ‘Barragán’ LP.
Given away as a free download, the song’s based around a single, lo-fi aesthetic acoustic loop. Kazu Makino’s vocals step in alongside clattered, inventive percussion and harpsichord patterns. It’s simple on the outside, but within the near-silence there’s a whole lot going on.
‘Barragán’ is released on 1st September via Kobalt Music.
London’s Islington Assembly Hall is set to host a Blonde Redhead show, taking place on 29th September.
