Blonde Redhead preview new LP with ‘Dripping

Ninth album ‘Barragán’ is out this September.

NYC trio Blonde Redhead have shared ‘Dripping’, a new track from their ninth studio album ‘Barragán’.

The new record is out 1st September on Kobalt. It was produced and mixed by Drew Brown, recorded in Michigan’s Benton Harbor at Key Club Recording and at New York City’s Magic Shop.

Linking up with the recently unveiled ‘No More Honey’, ‘Dripping’ is a subdued, subtle number that does most of its work behind the scenes. There’s a bold synth line that bellows out throughout, but the whole purpose of this track is to, quite suitably, drip with cool.

Blonde Redhead have a date at London’s Islington Assembly Hall, 29th September.
