Blur remaster and reissue ‘Live At The Budokan’
The 1995 show is to be released for the first time in the UK this August.
Anyone who has spent any time browsing the shelves of record stores for Blur will be aware of ‘Live At The Budokan’. A recording of the band’s show in Japan as part of their Great Escape Tour back in November 1995, it has been a mainstay of the import racks for years.
For the first time, though, it’s getting a proper UK release, following remastering by Frank Arkwright at London’s Abbey Road Studios.
Released on August 11th, you can check out the full track listing for ‘Live At The Budokan’ below, along with ’The Great Escape’ track ‘Yuko And Hiro’ and footage from the band’s Japan return in January of this year.
