Bon Iver to debut new music this summer

Justin Vernon and co. to play set “made of new music” at their Eaux Claires festival in August.

Bon Iver are set to headline their Eaux Claires festival in Wisconsin this August, and Justin Vernon has promised new material in the set.

Vernon tweeted that the set will be “made of new music”. The band played two new songs at last year’s Eaux Claires, the first new material since 2011’s self-titled album, and shared a previously unreleased b-side, ‘Haven, Mass’, back in February.

Eaux Claires takes place on 12th-13th August in Vernon’s hometown of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and features a line-up including Beach House, James Blake and Jon Hopkins. Vernon appears on ‘I Need A Forest Fire’, a track from Blake’s new album ‘The Colour In Anything’.
