Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon Starts Record Label
Names project after old TV show character. Obviously.

Justin Vernon, known on his album sleeves and by Adele as ‘Bon Iver’, has started his very own record label.
The label, called Chigliak, is named after a character from the old U.S TV show ‘Northern Exposure’ and will be an imprint of Jagjaguwar.
Chigliak will release new albums, as well as reissues that were either unreleased or “locally released but never put on vinyl’.
Artists already signed so far include Amateur Love, Sarah Siskind and 12 Rods.
