Brandon Flowers continues teasing new album ‘The Desired Effect’

The Killers frontman is set to release his second album this May.

Over the past few weeks, Brandon Flowers has taken full advantage of teasing his forthcoming second album, ‘The Desired Effect’.

Having already showcased an array of teaser trailers giving a sneak peak of their first track to be taken from the album, ‘Can’t Deny My Love’ and announced the record via means of a fan-addressed letter, each element of his album campaign so far has come in the form of glimpses and glances.

Now, he’s revealed another quick look into the record. This time, the video comes titled ‘DRUMS’ and sees Flowers dancing and clicking his fingers in time to an as-yet-unknown beat, all dressed in black, against a white background. Watch the striking clip below.

‘The Desired Effect’ is the follow-up to his debut solo effort ‘Flamingo’, and it’s due out 18th May. The album was recorded at The Killers’ own Battle Born studio in Las Vegas alongside producer Ariel Rechtshaid - also known for his work with Vampire Weekend, Charli XCX and Haim.

Flowers has also confirmed his first live appearance in support of the record, at Webster Hall in New York City on 24th March.
