Bully preview debut album with new track ‘Too Tough’

Bully have shared a new track taken from their upcoming debut album ‘Feels Like’.

New cut ’Too Tough’ is the third preview of the Nashville-based group’s debut and follows ‘I Remember’ and ‘Trying’ from earlier in 2015. Speaking to Billboard, Alicia Bognanno says ‘Too Tough’ was written about “people who don’t have the nerve to live up to mistakes they’ve made.”

Putting aside the immediacy and catharsis that the previous tracks possess, ‘Too Tough’ sees Bognanno focusing on her target with defeating lyrics, flanked by murky bass and sludgy guitars: further proof that she can write, sing and convey any mood with great aplomb.
