Canadian Blast: Hidden Cameras & More For Barbican Show

‘A Celebration of Contemporary Canadian Sound and Vision’

Blame Canada, as the South Park ditty goes. Yes - blame them. Blame them for some Very Good Music indeed, which is set to be celebrated as part of the Canada Day celebrations on July 2nd.

As well as throwing a bash in Trafalgar Square, there’s set to be an ‘all day celebration of contemporary Canadian sound and vision’ at London’s Barbican - featuring such luminaries as The Hidden Cameras, Woodpigeon and Devon Sproule.

There’s also set to be a screening of Chilly Gonzales’ critically acclaimed film ‘Ivory Tower’, featuring Feist, Tiga and Peaches.

The event is curated and presented by Canadian Blast, the international showcasing brand of CIMA, the Canadian Independent Music Association.
